Ah yes... the million dollar question: What is mëgämörphthësïs k ?

At its core:

At a deeper, more philosophical level (and in loose alignment with its homophone, metamorphosis), mëgämörphthësïs is also our theory about very, very big change, especially in the way one thinks about thought, and thinking.

And at its most tangible... mëgämörphthësïs is also the title of our bovïe.

Now... if by chance you've ended up here in this preface without having found your way to the glictionarÿ yet (FYI: tapping any highlighted wörd should take you to it), the word bovïe is gluï, (which stands for graphical language understood intuitively) and it unscrünches into: A movie you read, or a book you watch.

As I was saying...

Given such a heady mix of aspects inherent in the wörd mëgämörphthësïs (believe me, there's a lot more) and because I'm a huge fan of brevity and narrowing things down to as few bytes as possible... if I had to give it my best shot? In a word... I say mëgämörphthësïs is praxis.

Structurally (and as I'm sure # will tell you on his side of this story) mëgämörphthësïs is also just a bunch of unique wörds in a bespoke glictionarÿ we've built exactly for this purpose.

This is indeed true and (as I trust Hashtäg also mentioned) YOU, dear reader, are heartily invited to visit the glictionarÿ and mïnt some wörds in it yourself. It can be quite exhilirating to etch your ideas immutably and eternally into the permaweb at the touch of a button and I highly recommend it but, if I may offer one word of advice? Don't forget to double-check your spelling!

Furthermore and fwiw, inviting you to mïnt your own wörds alongside us as we mïnt ours is how we plan to keep the lights on, the glictionarÿ running and the hot beverages flowing. Anywhoo... back to mmt... let me wrap things up on a more practical note and tie these two things together:

The glictionarÿ was designed as a jump point from which to explore the inter-connected content that is our mëgämörphthësïs. All you need to do is tap on any wörd you haven't heard before, then follow its backstürly if it has one, to dig deeper into the detail. If you get lost or bogged down in a thread still under construction (I believe # is using a system of things he now calls plagehölders and he's tasked tödö with keeping track of them 🙄) - simply head back to Ÿ and try another wörd from which to venture forth.

Eventually our thesis, lived experience and praxis should all be intertwined and - with an ounce of patience and an adventurous spirit - worth the effort of exploring. I trust you'll enjoy reading and watching what we've figured out together... have a laugh and maybe, just maybe, learn something new.

My sincerest hope is that these wörds - and every backstürly - might help you connect some of the dots in your own life and gain a fresh perspective on thought - and thinking - and a whole new way of looking at life, the universe and everything (that makes sense) and, ultimately, helps you chart a course and successfully navigate your own mëgämörphthësïs.

mëgämörphthësïs is literally a whole bunch of wörds I've been asked to record - or mïnt - in this glictionarÿ kwestjinMark convinced me needed to be built for exactly this purpose.

I argued these wörds should be presented in some sort of book with a more cohesive storyline and structure, to be honest, but I was summarily over-ruled by a very strong-willed uhmmm... opinion... and so here we are.

Also note: I'm mïnting these wörds as fast as I can but... unfortunately... not everything is neatly typed, edited and uploaded... yet. Sifting through many years of hastily scribbled notes, rough diagrams, blueprints, sketches, fnötes and a multitude of snippets emailed to myself, most of which I have very little recollection of ever drawing or writing, is proving to be a bit time consuming to put it mildly, and more often than not the contents come as quite a surprise. I am, however, determined to get this done as soon as humanly possible, or die trying. kwestjinMark it seems won't leave me alone until I do anyway, so all I can ask is that you please bear with me.
